Hotel Temple Tree, Shirdi Newly Renovated ★★★★★

We have stayed here before and it has been consistently good. The room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great with plenty of vegetarian choices. The restaurant staff were very attentive especially Aditi. Will definitely stay here again

A fridge should be provided in the room. The sheets had a very rough feel to them … they should use better quality bed linen

1.The kitchen staff is really nice, friendly and cordial. 2.Their food is amazing and the high tea is really nice to have in the outdoors. 3.Speical mention to Mr Guru from the high tea /food and catering team.Really good person to interact with and values the requests of the customers in high regards.

had a really bad experience with the reception staff .I had prepaid the entire stay earlier itself & I had received a confirmation on the same from the reception staff.However, when I reached the hotel the reception wanted me to make the payment and they had no idea it's been paid already! Luckily I had a printout of their email confirmation , after which they obliged. The funny part is, today when I and my family were leaving for the temple, the receptionist Ms Anagha( she seriously needs a lot of training on how to not be nasty and wicked with the customers ) asked me to come out of the taxi again & show the proof of the hotel rooms being prepaid! I mean do they even coordinate with each other or is there even a protocol which the staff follows or are they allowed to roam around and do what they please? In addition to tha, yesterday I was having a word with another lady( I believe her name was Nisha or Priti) on late checkout as I had a visit planned to the temple.She said I can do late checkout until 1:30 pm but Ms Anagha jumped into the conversation again, gave some hint to the other lady to not talk with me and she said the rooms are not available even if I pay extra for the extension! however, when later on I spoke with Mr Kushal, he confirmed that I can have a late checkout with 1000Rs extra( which I was totally happy to proceed with). It's such a nice , pleasant hotel but such nasty and wicked reception staff, specially the lady mentioned above. When after check out today I was giving feedback to the reception, they were starting at he point blank as of they were simply not understanding what I was talking about! Reception staff is the face of a hotel & even if the other staff and food is excellent, the way reception is with it's customers speaks a lot about the hotel.

Unlike my other experiences here, the hospitality was exceptionally good and very kind. They also recommend where to buy and avoid scams, pickup and drop offs are available.

The tea maker pot was dirty from inside and they should clean it more often

The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative Their buffet breakfast and dinner has variety and quite tasty moreover l would specially like to mention Aditi and Arvind in the restaurant who make the dining experience all the more pleasurable.The temple pick and drop facility is good and their drivers are very well behaved.

We stayed with my 2 kids the room was quiet clean, hotel is little far from sai baba temple but The hotels shuttle service is excellent.

The quality of mattres and sofa cum bed could have been better considering the tariff of the room

Service was very poor. Tv could not be repaired in spite of several requests

It’s a nice property.. good well behaved and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious. Overall stay was comfortable.

The mattress on the beds were uncomfortable/ not sturdy. Blanket covers were torn. Cleanliness should be better
